All platform features, design elements, branding, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of VideoStream and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content uploaded by operators or embedded from third-party sources remains the property of the respective rights holders. VideoStream does not claim ownership of third-party content hosted or linked on the Platform.

VideoStream may display advertisements as part of its monetization model. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed before, during, or after video content. Advertisement formats may include video pre-rolls, banner ads, and interstitials.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
